Gmail adds ‘canned response’ feature.
As if the excellent spam filtering wasn’t enough, the Gmail blog just announced the addition of a “Canned Response” feature. All I can say is AWESOME!
We run quite a few web sites, almost all of them have a FAQ or Help section. However, it never fails: we get the same dumb questions asked via email over and over. Questions that are already answered on the site.
This is going to save me a bunch of time!
